Bouncy Castle Hire Surrey Terms and Conditions

(In these terms and conditions, the word UNIT is used to describe a bouncy castle / any other inflatable)

Please read through our terms and conditions carefully.

Allsorts Inflatables Ltd does not accept any responsibility for damage or personal injury for anything other than negligence on our part whilst our equipment is under hire to you. If we are manning the equipment, we are then fully responsible for all aspects of the Inflatables from setup through to dismantling and we will operate all equipment in accordance with HSE guidelines and our own safe use policy.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

1) Unless stated no adults are allowed on any unit. Each unit has its own age limit (stated on each units description) which must never be broken, failure to comply with these rules will result in users being injured or the unit being damaged.

2) At the time of delivery the wind speeds will be assessed by our staff with forecasts also taken into account, if both are safely within the 24mph maximum then the unit/s will be setup and anchored in accordance with BS EN 14960:2006. If we are manning the equipment then we will continue to monitor the wind and make any safety decisions that may be required.

3) If we are not manning the equipment then it is the hirers responsibility to supervise or to arrange suitable supervision (at least 1 supervisor over 18 years old per unit or 2 if large crowds are expected) of all equipment at all times. They will need to monitor the inflatable/s and the wind speed with the provided anemometer and make a record of the readings.

4) No food or drinks to be consumed on any inflatable. (to avoid choking & mess).

5) All shoes, badges, jewellery, (i.e. large earings, necklaces etc.) MUST be removed. Spectacles are also to be removed.

6) No face-paints, party-poppers, coloured streamers or "silly string" to be used near or on the inflatable/s, they make a terrible mess and permanently stain the unit/s.

7) No smoking on or near the inflatable/s.

8) Climbing, hanging, or sitting on the walls or decorative parts of the unit is DANGEROUS and must not be allowed.

9) No Water should be allowed on or near any inflatable or its associated equipment.

10) The maximum number of users for each unit is stated above, never allow more users than stated to be on the unit at any one time

11) Avoid large and small children from using the inflatable/s at the same time.

12) Adults are not allowed on any inflatable at the same time as children other than to remove their child.

13) Do not allow anyone to bounce on the step/front apron. The step is there to help users get on and off.

14) Ensure that no-one with a history of back or neck problems or pregnant women use the inflatable/s.

15) Do not allow users to be on the unit during inflation or deflation.

16) In the event of heavy rain, it is strongly recommended that the inflatable be switched off. Any wetness, including bubbling can be dried with a towel.

17) Ensure that the vent on the side of the blower is kept clear at all times.

18) If the unit stops working or becomes damaged stop using it immediately and contact the number above.

19) If you are unsure about anything please always remember safety first and if required contact us for advice.

20) A £50 cash deposit is taken upon delivery of every unit which is refunded on collection, providing there is no damage and no excessive cleaning is necessary.

Please note that all persons using our equipment do so at their own risk.

The person/organization hiring the equipment will be responsible/liable for any damage or injury occurring from or as a result of misuse or reckless use. You will be responsible for all repair / cleaning costs if the unit becomes damaged or soiled, if damaged you may also be charged for loss of earnings which is twice the daily hire rate. These guidelines are for the safety of all people using our equipment, and it is the sole responsibility of the hirer to ensure they are adhered to. Our company cannot accept any responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment.

Our terms and conditions are in place simply to keep the users safe and our equipment up to the high standards that our customers expect.

A £50 cash Deposit is taken on delivery to ensure our equipment is looked after whilst its on hire, not to penalise our customers in the event of a minor mishap, it is not in our interests as a company to actually hold a customers deposit it is aimed at being a deterrent.
