Allsorts Inflatables - Bouncy Castle Hire - Terms and Conditions

(In these terms an conditions the word UNIT is used to describe a bouncy castle / any other inflatable)

Please read through our terms and conditions carefully. The company does not accept any responsibility for damage or personal injury however caused whilst our equipment is under hire to you.

Adult supervision is required at all times.

  1. Unless stated above no adults are allowed on any unit. Each unit has its own age limit (stated above) which must never be broken, failure to comply with these rules will result in the unit being damaged.
  2. Any damage to the unit and/or its accessories whilst its under hire to you will result in loss of deposit also full repair costs and loss of earnings will be sought from the hirer named above.
  3. Upon signing this form you are accepting that the unit has been checked and is clean and undamaged and that you witnessed the checks take place. You the hirer are responsible for the safe and clean use of this unit. Face paint, silly string, party poppers, streamers and signs stuck to the unit will all stain/damage the unit so they are all banned from being on or around the unit.
  4. Any marks, dirt or water (apart from rain) on the unit and/or accessories will result in loss of deposit and in severe cases full repair/cleaning costs and loss of earnings will be sought from the hirer named above.
  5. No shoes, earrings, badges or any other sharp object to be worn on the unit. Food, drink and pets are forbidden on all units. No child should be allowed to climb or sit on any walls, arches or barriers, failure to comply with these rules will result in damage to the unit which will result in loss of deposit also full repair costs and loss of earnings will be sought from the hirer named above.
  6. No person should go around the back of the unit or near the blower, which should remain unobstructed at all times. The unit should remain inflated at all times and should never be turned off whilst anybody is on the unit failure to comply will damage the unit.
  7. A £50 deposit is taken upon delivery of every unit which is refunded on collection, providing there is no damage and no cleaning is necessary.
